Nelson and Murdock utilizes various means to recover intellectual property rights for our clients including, termination of transfers or licenses of rights via the 35-year rule, non use or abandonment allegations, contract provisions, seeking mutual agreement between parties, or other means to insure that original owner or rights holder regains control over their intellectual property.
